Set up seasons in just a few clicks
Many organizations run the same events season after season, year after year. Some details change, like dates and possibly fees, but largely the same information carries over from year to year. We've built tools that allow you to copy activities from one season to the next.
Manage activities one at a time or in bulk
You can create a single activity and enter in details for that activity or mass create activities that have similar characteristics. We've built-in tremendous time-saving tools that let you change data on several activities at once. It's as simple as selecting the activities, updating a few pieces of information and clicking save. In a matter of seconds, you're able to update one activity or one hundred.
Publicize activities throughout your site
Once you publish an activity, it will appear in several places on your site by default, but you have the ability to feature activities and cross-promote activities throughout the site. Our Site Builder gives you easy-to-use tools to let you display information wherever you want it on your site.
Customize the information you display on the site
Wherever you display activity information you are able to select what information to show about the activity. You can have a simple list of activities offered or show everything (dates, times, registration pricing, detailed descriptions) about the activity. There's no programming required, you simply pick and choose which fields you want to show.
